Hugh Kidd is the owner of Kidd Investigative Services. He is a
Licensed Private Investigator and state approved Notary Public with
the State of California. He retired as a Sergeant of Police from the
Oakland Police Department (Oakland CA), after almost twenty years of
dedicated service. Kidd has an extensive background conducting and
supervising preliminary investigations that include, but are not
limited to:
Kidd was also
assigned to the Internal Affairs Division where he gained extensive
knowledge and experience investigating officer involved shootings,
vehicle pursuits resulting in great bodily injury or death, and
ensuring employees maintained compliance with departmental policy and
procedure.
